My path to becoming a birth doula began through personal experience: a challenging hospital birth and c-section with my son, followed by an empowering home birth with my daughter, supported by a doula. These experiences deepened my passion for helping others feel informed, supported, and in control of their birth stories.
With a background in massage therapy, manual osteopathy, and perinatal care, I offer continuous labour support that weaves together emotional grounding and hands-on physical comfort. Whether you're planning a hospital birth, home birth, or something in between, I'm here to help you feel strong, prepared, and deeply supported.

Birth Doula Support Package Includes:

Free initial consultation

2 prenatal visits where we review birth preferences, pain management options, practice hands-on techniques, and more

Support with birth planning and navigating your options and how to advocate for them in the moment

Call / text support with any questions throughout your pregnancy

On-call and available 24/7 at 38 weeks

Support during labour and delivery - up to 2 hours after (home, hospital, or birth centre)
