Using gentle techniques like craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, fascial release, and joint mobilizations, osteopathy addresses the root causes of pain and dysfunction rather than just the symptoms.

As a birth doula, yoga instructor, and osteopathic manual practitioner, I offer a supportive, personalized approach to care. While my focus is perinatal support, I welcome individuals of all ages and stages.
